Ahead of NYCN Convention, Minister Wike, Governors Ododo and Okpebholo Endorse Babangida
Ahead of the much-anticipated National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) convention, key political figures have thrown their weight behind Comrade Babangida Onimisi Isah (BOI) for the position of NYCN President.
In a strategic show of support, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, His Excellency Nyesom Wike, alongside Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State and Governor Lucky Okpebholo of Edo State, have officially endorsed Babangida for the council’s top position.
The endorsement was made following a closed-door meeting held at the residence of the FCT Minister in Abuja, where the leaders expressed confidence in Babangida’s leadership qualities, vision, and dedication to the development of Nigerian youths.
Minister Wike, speaking on behalf of the group, commended Babangida’s passion for youth empowerment and stated, “We believe in his vision for Nigerian youths and are confident in his ability to deliver.”
With the backing of these influential leaders, Comr. Babangida Onimisi Isah’s candidacy gains significant momentum as the NYCN convention draws near.
He has assured supporters that he remains committed to driving inclusive youth development, national unity, and impactful representation.
